What top performers want from their careers

In this episode we spoke with Steve Black, senior manager of human resources at Brixey and Meyer, about what people want in a job. He says there are four things people want from their jobs: the first is to know that their contributions make a significant impact or difference, the second is being a part of something big, the third is feeling a sense of belonging and the fourth is to go on a meaningful journey. We spoke about all of those areas and how they add up to a more fulfilling work experience.
